Our company is dedicated to giving back and investing resources within the Kern County area. With our Field Fresh program available to qualifying candidates we supply PPE packages and training courses, mentor youth within the community, as well as provide them with career planning and networking to ensure a confident and capable working class.

Our Solution:
Our approach began with extensive consultation with local residents and people speaking to make a difference. We are employing a strategy of youth development programs, showing career paths, and hosting events to bring the community together .
In terms of sustainability, the implementation of this plan will ensure a generation prepared and confident in the development of their skills and chosen career path. Supplying industries in need of workers. And in hopes of Each One Teach One reciprocating in the community.
